We encourage you to submit your event, and we will be more than happy to share it. This tool is a great way to encourage community participation in local and city-wide events.
Please note that event submissions will be moderated.
Community events must take place in the City of Ottawa – your event should also:
- be open to the general public and require no membership, and;
- have a broad appeal to residents and visitors, or if of specialized interest, attract specific audiences living throughout Alta Vista and/or the City.
Some of the following events may not be included:
- Instructional Courses
- Closed meetings
- Regular occurring activities, exhibitions, programming and tours with no defined start and end date.
- Political Events
- Religious Events
- Member only events
- Commercial or business events
